As the humanitarian crisis in Syria worsens Muslim Hands is scaling up their work to help those affected and has launched an urgent appeal for funds.
More than 7,000 have been killed, 10,000 injured and 30,000 are displaced from their homes.
Access to many parts of Syria is difficult, but through their partners at the Lebanon and Turkey borders they are distributing vital aid and providing emergency assistance to thousands of refugees.
As many are forced to flee their homes to several of the camps in Antakya, Turkey access to everyday supplies of food and essential living is severely restricted.
